Comment: I have an Acer Aspire 7551, the software is "Crystal Eye webcam", there is sound but the image is black. I tried an external webcam: no problem. Do I have to return my laptop for maintenance? or can I do some test to be sure its a hardware problem?

Comment: My webcam Driver is missing. I have an Acer Aspire 7551. I have installed Microsoft Life-cam but it doesn't seem to recognize my Crystal Eye, and I can't find the cam in the device manager.
