    Pros: great when it works
    Cons: does not work often

    At times microsoft Silverlight finds a HD WebCam and at times it says i do not have a webcam and need to plug one in. Crystal eye webcam or anything related to HD Wecam can not be found in imagine devices.
    Any suggestions on how to show a imagining device in my device manager, or how to secure the link between Silverlight and HD Webcam?

    I have an Acer Aspire 7551, the software is "Crystal Eye webcam", there is sound but the image is black.
    I tried an external webcam: no problem. Do I have to return my laptop for maintenance? or can I do some test to be sure its a hardware problem?
